About the Business Software Alliance
The Business Software Alliance (BSA) is an organisation that runs educational, enforcement and public policy campaigns to combat software piracy in 80 countries around the world. Its members are software manufacturers who share the common goal of reducing software piracy.
BSA provides educational information to corporations, consumers, academic institutions and resellers about software theft and its implications.
BSA is also the voice of the world's commercial software industry and its hardware partners before governments and in the international marketplace.
Working with its affiliates in the UK and other countries worldwide, BSA educates end users on software management and copyright protection, cyber security, trade, e-commerce and other Internet-related issues.
